• Master Degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum ten years experience in senior management roles
• Western educated
• Western experience essential, international experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Fluency in a second language is a plus)
• Detail-oriented and adherence to tight deadlines with quality results
• Must be able to work and communicate effectively in diverse cultural environments
